- 2 8-ounce cans crescent roll dough
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Spread dough from one can in 9x13 pan. Press perforations together.
In a bowl cream together the cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough.
Cover cream cheese mixture with dough from the second can. Be sure the dough's perforations are sealed.
Beat egg white and brush on top of dough.
Mix brown sugar, pecans, cinnamon, and melted butter. Spread on top of dough.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
